PRODUCT & PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
Eddie Wang leads Zhipact’s China-side sourcing team, applying product and procurement management experience to requirements, supplier decisions and delivery follow-through.
Based in Shenzhen. Supporting sourcing and order coordination across China.

RELEVANT BACKGROUND
Eddie has worked in product and procurement management, with hands-on responsibility for product selection, factory negotiations, specification review, sampling, quality checks, packaging and delivery.
That experience shapes the way Zhipact approaches a brief: clarify what the product must do, turn requirements into supplier questions, compare the same conditions and follow unresolved details through to the next decision.
Previous sourcing exposure includes toys, hardware, auto and motorcycle parts, pet supplies, garden products and stickers. New categories are assessed against the requirements and execution work needed.
A useful brief connects the product reference, intended use, critical specifications, quantity, target market and the decision you need to make. We identify missing inputs before asking suppliers to quote.
Supplier responses, sample findings, packing instructions and open issues stay connected to that brief. Eddie leads key reviews, coordination colleagues maintain follow-up, and named execution partners carry out the agreed physical work.
Physical checks and specialist work are arranged around the agreed location, method and execution responsibilities.
Leads requirements review, supplier evaluation and project coordination; reviews issues that affect the next decision.
Follow supplier actions, maintain project records and provide the updates defined for the work.
Receiving, checks, packing or handover are assigned to the named provider and location in the confirmed scope.
Supplier selection, added costs, changes and release instructions remain subject to your approval at the agreed checkpoints.
COOPERATION PRINCIPLES
Confirm deliverables, execution responsibilities, included costs and payment stages. Changes are clarified before additional work proceeds.
Record reviewed information and checks actually performed. Separate observations, supplier statements and unresolved points.
Agree how sensitive specifications and project details are shared with relevant suppliers. Address relevant conflicts before the work proceeds.
YOUR RELATIONSHIPS. YOUR INFORMATION.
A separate task can run alongside your existing factory or agent. Non-public information is used for the work you authorize.
Supplier contacts and sensitive specifications are requested when the task needs them. We confirm what may be shared, with whom and for what purpose.
Outreach using your identity or non-public project details requires your authorization. Your existing supplier relationship and payment arrangements remain in place unless you approve a change.
Non-public designs, pricing and supplier lists are not reused for competing product development or offers. Any relevant overlap with Eddie’s personal or affiliated businesses, including ecommerce activities, is raised before accepting the task.
Project details are shared with the parties needed for the authorized work. Public use of identifiable project material requires your permission. A new check, added cost, change of execution provider or goods-release instruction returns to you at the relevant approval point.
